Here is a picture of Melor, the typhoon that is hitting Japan currently. I haven't felt very many effects of it, but it has been raining pretty brutally for the past two days. It has been calm today, but I don't know if that means the storm is over or if it is simply passing through. Apparently, a small part of one of the walls of Hikone Castle collapsed as a result of the storm. Two individuals have died and around 40 are injured in the entirety of Japan.
